Well, we all know what that means. But, today I had the opportunity of speaking with an old customer of mine, Mr Harry Debell, a friend of Sef Garcia...another great customer of ours.
Mr. Debell said that its one thing to be competitive and realistic with your pricing, however, if you price low, you attract (like a magnet) many "cheap" customers;those who couldn't pay you in the first place. Further, you have to work twice as hard to get their carpets clean too.
However, if you are at or near the top of that competitive level pricing, you will attract much better customers, cleaner carpeting, and those who will appreciate your efforts and will pay you without the hassles (at the lower end)
I must confirm what my good friend stated because when I was cleaning in the 70's, it was true then as it is now.
Thus, for some of you reading, just think about this and make any necessary adjustments
