Property manager calls, got a home and Tennent just moved in and complains her kids are having bloody feet. Please go fix carpet. Get there and alarm company cut hallway carpet open with a squiggly cut, ran wire for key pad, then took a/c furnace metal tape, doubled it and poured glue in between it to seal it, then drove part way 2" nails into carpet. Then cut 4 tiny holes and fed glue into holes. If it were Pakistan I could see it but it wernt. Call property manager explained and sent pictures with text. Says do it, agrees to price. Took pictures every step of the way for some reason. I had run his card before we started. Almost done and guy tells me he's going to refute charges, said he changes his mind - 2 hours almost later as I'm wrapping up. Said I just finished. Sorry dude.Took pictures of kids feet and lady said she'd stand up with me. Sent pis to property mgr of kids feet and said I'll take it to court and advice your Tennent to sue you for personal injury. Been checking my account all night, then get a text saying Thank you for your professionalism. Freakin people.
Lesson learned: take pics and never take a customer with a Los Angeles number!!!!!
My accountant lawyer also told me that once a customer has paid even though they were not there to sign contract/invoice is a binding contract. They can refute charges all they want but small claims court would be in my favor, only if I had the time to pursue it.
Freakin humans you're supposed to love!!! I'm getting another dog!
