Gentleman walks in and requests service on his extractor. "This and that keeps breaking down; can't keep this thing going, can you help me" he saids.
My comment was: "Well, that's mighty bad and I feel for you, but, didn't you inquire with us several months ago to purchase a JAGUAR Industrial System?" His answer: Ya, that was me. I should of; could of; would of...and most definitely should have!"
"I made a big mistake, he went on to say, I thought I was saving $600.00. They made me a deal and I bought this piece of junk for $2700.00. Now, I plan to sell it and order a JAGUAR 8.4."
So, lets break this down: Did he really save? Jobs lost; waste of time on other jobs; upset customers, and now, he will have to purchase another system and add what he already paid for that mighty bad unit: Just under $6200.00 !!!!
Save money?!!! Wow. He would have been much better buying a pail and a brush.
Oh well, we couldn't help him and suggested that he contact the manufacturer or the place he purchased it from. Didn't want to bust our knuckles making that unit better!
Something to think about...or,.....will the beat go on when it comes to purchasing "price"???
