I agree it is sometimes very difficult to say no! Sometimes you will get a legitmate call from a potential customer that requires quite a bit of time on our part. But when it is someone who is just wanting to talk and has no intention of buying in the next year or so or they just want to be entertained! That can be frustrating to say the least . Hadn't happened lately but a few months ago I must of put in a couple hours when it finally occurred to me they ain't buying anything from me. He just likes to talk about things related to industry . Don't get me wrong I love to help people but I don't like it when they do not have any appreciation and do not even think that you are doing them a favor.
