I second the motion to get some classes. You may have to cut out a few Happy Meals but they are worth it! They don't have to be IICRC. Get some required basics so you will have confidence in yourself.
There is no need to be like your competition & make a new customer another training aid!
You should at least know your fibers/fabrics, basic chemistry & how to repair your mistakes. You will make mistakes.
