I would do exectly what Jim said and use Excellent Supply products. Their Hydrox has peroxide and I use it often for organic spills and wicking.
If it's a red dye, use Red 1 from Pro's Choice with a $7.00 Walmart iron and $5.00 Walmart medium thickness white cotton towel.
