we at this time mostly consist of family running the business with a PT person.
With that said we have a employee manual that states how everyone should be dressed and act for each appropriate position. from phone scripts, sales scripts to how the vans should be set up, washed and refueled.
The amazing thing is after a little while or getting everyone to follow the rules (me included)
there is much less stress and confusion on everyone.
The great thing about it all is when it comes time to fire someone , they fire them selves by not following the systems in place.
