Thanks for good info guys... Jim u was right with previous post...I have not called her nor will I attempt anymore service.. I do feel she was thinking I'll just call my home owners and they will replace it but not realizing they will come back on me...Im interested to see how this plays out I wish she would of called me before insurance co..she did fail to mention to them I recommended to reschedule and she choose to clean.
