The $30 tip and kind words today. Have had larger tips but her statement stating it took 3 days for carpet to dry last cleaning (COIT) and I had her hallway nearly dry b4 I left . This left an DRY route to her only bathroom.
Also had upholstery and my chance to use my new CFR upholstery tool. No overspray and much drier. More assuring to me that a job was well done.
