Wow, I didn't notice the part where it took 36 hours to dry. Hydrocide if you want to keep the customer but skip the rinse. Personally, if it took 3 days to dry I'd feel pretty good taking Jim's advice. Give back the money; by the time you get this fixed you might be in for more money, time, and headache than it's worth.
