If there isn’t any urine odor and there is just a “dog” smell, you can probably take care of it by spraying down a deodorizer like Hydrocide. If this is the case, I wouldn’t re-clean; just spray the deodorizer and let it dry. The Hydrocide cost about $70 per gallon but you will need to mix only 8 oz per gallon of water. Even at 8 oz per gallon, you will probably use a lot of the Hydrocide if the smell is bad and the rooms are large.
Others here may know of less pricey deodorizers that are effective.
