Ooops, I forgot to answer, from my prospective, what gman mention regarding Jan Sullins response to Tank the Bozo.
Jan Sullins is one proven wonderful individual and sincere friend whom would go into battle by anyones side in a very honorable and respectful way. He has always said great things about gman, and many many others within our Industry, including myself.
Further, he has that quality of trying to offer a few "rascals" every now and then, a second or third chance. And, IMHO, this is what he was honorably trying to do with Tank by extending him a hand shake.
However, I believe as Jan may also realize, that there are those individuals who are just mean and deceious and will never see the light. They like to try their best to make things miserable for others because this makes their "miserable" lives seem normal.
Anyways, Jan Sullins is one terrific friend that anyone would want on their side. And, if they chose not to, then it is their loss, not ours.
