Speak of the Devil, After responding to this post I was checking my outstanding invoices and had a large job for my biggest account 3 weeks outstanding. No biggie kind off unusual but figured I'll wait and see if I got it this week. Nope didn't get it. Well called today and their finance dept had screwed up and wirtten the wrong date for payment. If I'd off been waiting for this for a house payment or something, big problems luckily I'm not but would off been nice to have as I had to write a IRS check on the 15th to fill up Air force 1! So you do need a reserve of cash when doing commercial even when you have the best of customers stuff happens!
