Thank you for all the suggestions folks.
let me restated this is though one of my property management companies who I have a long standing relationship with, they have seen what encap can do for years now.
Since he could not convince this lady nor could I when I looked at the job I see no reason to push the issue or I could be out of the picture all together.
Her attitude was if it cost more so be it HWE the place. OK YES MAME
Our four man crew will know it out in three days tops, (12 hour shifts) two scrub two rinsing.
We just got 17,000 sq ft job in for Sunday From same property management Co. $2735 just scrubbing it. take two of us about 4 and a half hours to do.
