We keep going over price on this, By the way I agree with Mr Ken....completly
It really depends on HOW you come up with that price which I thought I mentioned maybe not good enough, "I" measure wall to wall in commercial bldgs, so I can cut the price beacuse of the furniture, It looks better on paper....
Butttt I actually make double that beacuse of what Im really cleaning, Using the right chemical honestly I can make the carpet better looking then using extraction, been proven for years now...
Jan you offer good wisdom, But you need to get those prices up, Cleaning commercial you should make double over houses, I know your tight with Ed and love the machine, But this guy is looking at 50,000 ft to complete,
I know this is the Recoil board, Buttttttt sometimes a better choice in equiptment is needed, I love mine too, But in this case it would stay at home, Its going to take a month to complete using that setup.....
your looking at several days using a truck mount, been there and done that, I turned in bids last week for 26,000 ft bldg, So I have been down this road before, and Big bldg's dont scare me, Honestly I like them compared to houses,
As I said before offer "TWO" prices for this job and offer to do a demo....Basically what Ken said, dont forget to offer a contract price for future cleaning, At a discount of course...
I would do the demo When the contact is not around, Just clean the trashed area with it, and let them see it the next day, that way they cant see the equiptment, and run that machine right down the middle making it look great...
Look down the board a little, I posted a pic of encap a week or two ago on what it can do, If its gone let me know and I'll re post it...
