Hi again David.

Why don't you visit the site, select a really grotty area and tape of a nice square, vac the hell out of it and carry out a test clean with your encap?

You may even be inclined to do the same with your extraction system, but a correctly executed encap with quality jollop may enlighten her.

If she's still unhappy, what have you lost?
