Great advice.
I love to hear how others take care of business. My main concern was pricing to low, usually there is a opportunity to adjust the pricing if you are higher, but once you low ball it if the price is accepted you are screwed.
As stated before Encapping is my preference contact freaked out about it.
I am going through one of the property managers we deal with on a regular basis, I trust them we get several jobs a month from them, they know, like and trust us and what we do.
Both of us agreed this person was not going to budge on the HWE part after our conversation with said contact at the school.
my though is I can either beat my chest and say encap is best way even try to show her, or say yes we can do it that way then put thousands in my pocket. I say this because I have learned some people are more stubborn then ME changing their minds is like moving a Rhino safely. This lady is that Rhino
