Thanks for the tips and suggestions.
Building is done 2x a year it is a private school with two floors. As suggested I would prefer to encap it but some know it all blew enough smoke up rear area of our contact that truck mounted HWE is a must.
I do not HWE commercial unless specked in or it is a day care. Thankfully 13k is the largest I have had to HWE in a day.
If we get this job 2 or three two man crews, one scrubbing one extracting behind them.
Good idea on getting keys for Electrical rooms, we do have generators but always best to have back up.
