I did a building of 4 floors @ 10,000ft2 per floor for 22 cents per ft2. I had the option of doing it on weekends over a 2 week period. It was nylon otherwise I would have never agreed to it. It was also nightmarish doing 10k ft in a day at a time. I had individual offices on each floor too. Each floor took approx 8 hours with just a small lunch break. Had to make sure that I had the key for the a/c boxes & the first time I did it I tripped breakers & did not have access to breaker room. I got key for that after that. I was able to use the truck for the 1st floor. Good Luck!
