Trade Shows -- Worth It ?

29th annual Trade Fair for my Local community in March. $250
Are these worth the TIME and money. Emphasized the TIME !!
What do I/we have to offer other than we clean better than the other guy ??
Would need to hand out cards and pens or some doo dads for the folks. Free cleaning/raffle.
Any other ideas/thoughts.
