I come up with this right in my head, but of course I certainly could be wrong.
Logic just tells me if you put down a prespray at 11.0 pH at let it dwell for 10 minutes, then use a detergent to go over the entire room, work it in with a 10 minute dwell time and extract with a rinse, doesn't the prespray at 11.0 and the detergent at 9.0 make a combined pH of 20??? And wouldn't that be potentially harmful to the carpet?
Logic also tells me I would like to inject a rinse chemical instead of a detergent to remove as much residue as possible?
