The financing is arranged and it looks like I will be opening a carpet cleaning biz toward spring.
Having some experience with my Quick Steam and Recoil 2, I thought I at least had most of the basics, but the more I thought I knew, the more I don't.
Q: Looking through a suppliers catalog, it looks like they want you to pull out a different cleaning chemical for almost every type of carpet.
Are they just looking to sell chemicals, or is this the way it has to be done?
I'd really like to apply Cross-American's Traffic pre-spray, work it in and then apply detergent, work it in and then extract using a chemical rinse.
Does applying it this way increase the PH to a overly dangerous level, since two products are on the carpet? (Could be 3 if you are using a deodorizer too).
