I thought it was the heavy hose. When I read your situation with it above I had to recall several other situations from the 80's with various customers.
I have been in this business for so long, as my great friend, Mr. John Bolton, that there hasn't been too many situations that we haven't seen!
Finally, I agree in regards to your Supplier. It seems like they are trying their very best to help you. And, the other good thing about this experience is that you are learning along the way and this type of learning can only make you better in the end!
