Hi Ed. I purchased the machine from you new, in 2003? Not sure. I do not know where the serial number is located. All the inlets and outlets are 1 1/2", same goes for the hose. The model on the unit is called the Predator Recoil 3. The two times that I used it, it worked excellent! But since then, I have divorced, and have a very small house, and it is just easier to hire someone to clean my carpets for me now.
