Since it seems to me one of the complaints I hear the most is, I cannot find help or good help, my question of you fine gentlemen, is how to you hire people? Where do you look for them? and do you have a manual or manuals for them to follow a system to enhance the odds their success in your company, and making it easier to fire them. When we hire people no experience has worked the best for us. Always hired attitude not aptitude When out in the public always looking for that stock clerk, coffee shop works etc that has the pleasant smile and winning attitude. David
