I have a commercial carpet I clean at a clubhouse that bumps up a little in certain places even when it is cleaned using low moisture system. As soon as it dries it goes back down. You can see the excess carpet that was not cut right nor installed correctly. Instead of spending a few dollars and getting it corrected, the owners just let it bump up. Who would ever put down wall to wall wool carpet? Hope that lady doesn't have pets. Urine & wool don't mix too great.
