Sef; "If" it is carpeting----wall to wall-----tacked down along the edges, and it buckled ( wavy-??)after it was cleaned, then it will fall back down after it drys. This simply may indicate that it was not properly streched when it ws laid down. Humidity makes it wavy. The very best; Ed Valentine
