Willy; I would suggest acquiring a dump valve at the local supply house if you require it immediately. They aren't that costly but you might want it quickly for convience matters. My second suggestion is quit working out with those weights!! Now that you are in shape and back to your fighting weight.................. The very best always; Ed V
