It is my HUMBLE opinion that I would first try to establish a relationship with this store to referal all their current clients and those that call about cleaning carpeting and rugs to you. OK here goes the PUNCH line. I do not charge my carpet retailers a dime to clean the stores carpeting and get to cleaning the place often. YOUR KIDDING ME HEBERT RITE. NO I am not My company's materials are promenently displayed all over the place in these stores. Carpet cleaning brochures, Tile and Grout Stone, Rug Cleaning and Wood Floor restoration. WE also have bottles of private labeled spotter they can purchase. How much would that coat to do else where? I also have access to the client data base, imagine being able to put your info in every single purchase/ job that goes out of that store. NO way I am charge them for a few hours work now and then. David PS people notice how clean the flooring is in those places, what are the chances of someone asking who maintains the floors?
