CROSS-AMERICAN/OP ROCKS!!! Posted by Dave Bigler on September 21, 2009 - 11:19 PM I know there has been some discussion about the new/old dual method of cleaning. Just this past weekend we used our brand new Cross-American (RECOIL-3XPS) followed up by CCS OP. This was at a bank where we do jani. Carpets had not been cleaned for 2 years. (Bank didn't want to spend the money.) The results were amazing to say the least. There were some water spots from a roof leak last spring that were not evident. CA is indeed TM power in a portable. We presprayed first, HWE, followed by dry padding. Pads did bring up some soil but not alot. Dry time was greatly improved. We used CA cleaning agents and deodorizers. Credos to both Ed Valentine and John and Patty (CCS) for putting together great equipment and superior customer service. They are some of the best in our industry. Thanks again.
