The Pacific North West. I lived in a couple different areas in Washington State. Loved it! Seattle is a beautiful big city! There are a lot of medium sized cities in Washington. Oympia is one. You can see Mount Ranier from there. If you don't like all the rain and overcast you can live in Yakima which is just over the cascade mountains. Less than a 30 minute drive and you are up on white pass where you can ski. They get a lot more snow that the Rocky Mountains. Also just an hour away from Mount Ranier National Park. The most beautiful mountain I have ever seen. Just rises out of sea level up to 14,500 feet.
