What is a carpet warranty? It is something that the carpet dealer doesn't tell the customer about. Like you must have your carpet cleaned no later than 18 months, which to me is too long. After 18 months the customer no longer has a warranty. By the time most customers get around to cleaning the warranty is gone anyway. Don't tell anybody. I tell customers that if you replace carpet make sure you clean it within 6 months. Believe me within that short time most carpets will be dirty. Just listen to your teacher and go along with them so you can pass. Did you get my e-mail last night & did anything help?
