As a Matter of Fact Ed, Yes its Move in Ready. Did a room addition a few years ago, You get the biggest one on the block... Keep in Mind its SWELTERING hot this time of year, Our summer is like your winter, Just trying to water the flowers your dripping wet in sweat.
