People buy on emotions (most of the time)
I'll throw a curve ball in the mix. All things being = people will buy from people they know and trust.
They will pay more for the product or service from they they know any trust provided the product or service is of the same or better quality.
People want to buy from those they know and trust,by positioning your company as friendly, trusting and knowledgeable, it transform you from being just the cleaner or what ever to the consultant who will steer the prospect/client into making a good purchasing decision for them.
This has personally give us way more business from the professional communities, professionals Doctors, lawyers, professors, building managers directors, etc 99% of the time do not hire off the street they hire/ consult with companies that their peers have referred to them.
