Upon looking at your pictures more closely, it appears that to took out your passengers set to put more equipment in the van, BAB BAD BAD idea. If you crash with at the equipment you have loose in that van, YOU COULD BE KILLED by the equipment flying around.
Although not enforced like is should in my state you need to have a divider between the cab and the cargo area, behind the driver compartment.
You have a time bomb waiting to explode there
