Red Flag - lawyer! I'd refer it to the carpet cleaner I dislike. Olefin/Nylon blend is only 11% nylon not a HWE candidate in my opinion. I'd want then to take the Cimex so I'd offer 36 cents for TM service & feather out with cimex/encap. I'd give them 25 cents for the Encap, 43 cents to fix it after they call the cheap guy.
