A very good friend of mine just called me for some input concerning how much I would bid on a job. Not being in the cc buisiness very much for a long time I don't think I can help too much. But I know a lot of you guys do commerical. This job is an attorneys office with cubicles and large open areas. Not a lot of furniture to move. Only in the reception area would there be furniture moving. The sq footage is 4800. As I said a lot of open areas. Carpet is likely a Olefin Nylon blend and is on a scale of 1 through 10 ,1 being clean and 10 being a total pit. This carpet would likely be a 5. He has asked me to help him. We think we can do it in no more than 5 hours. We will be cleaning it truckmounted. So what do you think? Basically average job as far as how dirty and close to 5000 sq. ft. Jan
