Rickie makes a good point about warranties
You see I actually do not sell protector, but warranties. Let me explain, when a client wants protector what they get from us is one year spot and spill warranty. We actually ask the client at the time of cleaning if they would like a one year spot and spill warranty with the cleaning. With out getting into the program to much, protectant is applied they get a certificate good for one year as of date applied, a bottle or our spotter and verbal and written instructions on how the program works.
About three weeks from EXP date a mailing goes out the the client about a EXP or the warranty ETC.
WE have done lots of testing on protector products SG consistently came out in the middle to end of the pack, why am I going to charge a client a higher price for a product this is inferior. I could not justify the extra 10 cents a sq to sell SG not to mention the huge extra drying times it requires.
