The more rugs we clean the bigger my smile gets. While I disagree about taking classes, there are some great classes on rug cleaning,some on DVD also. Not knowing what you are doing can cost you a lot of money, save someones A$$ by fixing a booboo that cold have cost them about 20K. Did a 50K rug and it was not that large. Marketing your self to the rite people will bring in high end rugs that will cause you fits if you do not know what to do.
