Been lucky so far here in Virginia. It's staying around 90 for the most part, but feels worse because the humidity has been high. I work all day if there is work available, but I will sit a few minutes indoors when the heat starts to get to me. I drink lots of water and maybe a Gatorade or two. At the end of the day 2-3 beers wraps up my hydration regime nicely.
