The key word that you used here was: "STAIN"......and not the word; "Spot".
I sometimes like to refer to Pet "stains" as a "reverse staining" because it actually takes the origional colored carpet dye staining OUT and therefore (manytimes) may not be corrected unless the color can be put back into the carpet itself once again.
Pet staining can really be a problem that we must never guarantee good results to our customers. Just common-sense and a good explaination.
