I only charge $0.15, but I don't view it as a cash cow. I find in my market people view up-selling protector as a scam associated with the bait and switchers which have plagued the area. I have only been asked for it twice in the last 6 month. NOTE: Before you all get your knickers in a twist, I a do think protector works in many situations, but you got to respond to YOUR market.
