Ed, thanks for the reply. I can get by with what I have for now but I have to say the little that I have read and heard about the shockwave (if that it indeed the name of this machine) really got me excited to see it. Dominick thanks to you as well for your info but Ed(and Jan)have helped me so much with getting my business off the ground that I feel like they really deserve my loyalty. The good thing though is the fact that it's not blind loyalty Cross American makes great equipment and Ed pay's very close attention to the little things. Another thing is they never get tired of my stupid questions (as far as I know anyway) and always patiently answer them. Why would a carpet cleaner buy carpet cleaning equipment from someone that didn't specialize in carpet cleaning? To each his own I guess but as a newbie I better stay close to home if you know what I mean. Regards, Geoff Dunlap
