I remember hearing something a few months ago about a new tile & grout cleaning machine called the "shockwave" (I think). I really need a little more psi for tile & grout then my xps is capable of and have been anxiously awaiting to hear more about this machine. I have tried using the recoil xps and rotovac 360 with the t & g brushead and it actually does a decent job but I still need a little more pressure to get the really tough jobs cleaned to my standards. Ed if you can please give us an update on the "shockwave" it would be much appreciated. Also any other exciting products being developed that you can give us a sneak peek at? I know you need to keep your products that are still in development as confidential as possible so if you can't share alot I totally understand. If nothing else do you think it may be on the market by the time I get my stimulus(joke) check? My check is going directly to help pay for a new power booster and hopefully a new tile & grout cleaning machine. I obviously intend on getting these from Cross American even if I have to wait a bit longer on the tile cleaner.
