Why would you add the caution for what Richard thinks he does the best? He likes to issue his Directives, directly to prone souls, as you've obviously noticed.
I think all you've managed to do here was bebunk you're very own interpretation of a "Timeline" that you borrowed from someone else
"a thief in the night" in the biblical version does not equate with modern versions, as you might think. The following actions to such an event would be exponentially out of the control of modern mankind's hands. Not so with your authors interpretations of "Time" which can be studiously corrected for and "fit for reproof" temporally. But We're on a science board too, I think, and it isn't scientific to limit science to one's very own interpretations of it, alone.
