So a pseudo-scientific description of the nature of your consciousness was an off-hand remark? That would make your bunkum easier to disown. Easily shrugged off. What hits me is the unending stream of loose talk posted here by the devotees of scientific rationality. As for those who think the Earth is very young, their belief is plainly false. What is more interesting is how your type get such a hang-up about them. Out of all the unreasonable and mistaken beliefs on the planet, you have to maliciously fixate on them. Why? Political and ideological irrationalism has probably done more damage than they ever can (read Michael Burleigh's "Earthly Powers" and "Sacred Causes"). Don't you ever stop and question the origins of your animus? Or isn't an "epiphenomenal consciousness" worth penetrating?
