Creationists interpret scientific information using the bible as a filter. They fall into two major camps; old earthers, who accept radiometric dating; and young earthers who do not.
Intelligent design advocates hold that some aspects of nature are designed based on the best interpretation of evidence coming from the scientific data itself. There is no reference to the bible. Intelligent design advocates include people from many religions and many nonreligious adherants as well.

Now that is a strong statement. When you say something like that you are bound to meet one which you just have, and a young earther no less.
What are the differences?
