These are the maps I've always used for Canada because they are more detailed. www.veseys.com/ca/en/learn/reference/hardinesszones The Nova Scotia map doesn't seem to show Sable Island, but my guess that place would be closer to a zone 8a since the all time low was only -19.4 C. and that happened moons ago. I know the place never really gets that warm in the Summer, but it also never gets super cold. Unfortunately it is a windy and foggy place. I have always dreamed about planting palms out there, lol.
