It's funny that you mention the robusta's because that is just what I am using those cables for. I will try to save the leaves but just in case they do die the cables will help out with spring growth. I would try them for sure on a robusta since the winter is way better where you are. The name of the cables are GRO QUICK they have all different sizes and come on when the temp. falls below 74. Perfect for washys. Post a message if you try them.
