Well then, your neighbors must have very boring taste in plants, lol. Even though my entire garden is Exotica, it is very low maintenance. Survival of the fittest for just about every plant on my property. The only palms that I give special attention to are my Phoenix c., Brahea armata and B.edulis. No artificial heat, just an unbrella over them in the Winter months, that's it. Cheers, Joe
